Particular emphasis is placed on the representation of clients in criminal and administrative proceedings before the cantonal and federal authorities.
Before founding my own firm, I worked in prestigious local law firms. These experiences led me to deal with complex files of national and international scope.
In addition to my professional activities, I am a founding member of Fair Trade Tax, a non-profit association whose objective is to reform international taxation.

In the course of my career, I have specialised in real estate taxation (restructuring, sales, litigation) as well as gift and inheritance taxation, personal taxation and tax proceedings.
I have had many opportunities to assist international civil servants in litigation relating to their tax-exempt status. I also have extensive experience in the field of tax exemption for charitable institutions and the deduction of donations to them.

As a qualified lawyer, I have had the honor of joining Kanani/Rezki Avocats in Geneva as a Senior Associate, where I practice law with passion, covering a wide range of tax matters. My parallel activity at the Tax Court of the Cantonal Court of the State of Fribourg as a clerk-reporter reinforces my professional commitment and allows me to gain a comprehensive perspective on tax litigation.
Specializing in Swiss and international tax law, I have had the opportunity to work at the Swiss Federal Tax Administration, within the Tax Information Exchange Service in Bern. This experience enabled me to develop in-depth expertise in international administrative assistance procedures in tax matters, in line with OECD standards, and to take part in particularly enriching exchanges with partner states.
I subsequently pursued my career within a prestigious local law firm in Switzerland, where I acquired strong expertise in both direct and indirect taxation. I have also obtained certificates issued by EXPERTsuisse in value added tax and personal income tax, confirming my expertise in these areas.
I am authorized to practice law throughout Switzerland and can communicate with you in French and English.

As an Office Manager, I oversee the daily organization of the firm and ensure meticulous management of cases, providing efficient and responsive support to our clients, partners, and team members.
I hold a Master of Law from the University of Geneva and have developed strong expertise in commercial and contract law within renowned firms in French-speaking Switzerland, where I handled complex cases of national and international scope.
I am also pursuing further specialized training in corporate taxation to further enhance my expertise in this ever-evolving field.
I work in French, English, Albanian, and Spanish.
