As a qualified lawyer and co-founder of the Kanani Rezki Avocats firm in Geneva, I specialize in Swiss and International corporate tax law. My expertise covers in particular tax issues relating to structuring and restructuring for multinationals, SMEs and start-ups; financial reorganization; to VAT; the implementation of employee plans; and blockchain projects and cryptocurrencies.
I also advise wealthy clients, including entrepreneurs and athletes, on their Swiss and International tax planning. My support also extends to non-profit organizations.

My practice includes the areas of national and international taxation, administrative procedures as well as economic criminal litigation.
I regularly deal with residential acquisitions, asset reorganizations, transactions and crowdfunding, in particular.
Particular emphasis is placed on the representation of clients in criminal and administrative proceedings before the cantonal and federal authorities.
Before founding my own firm, I worked in prestigious local law firms. These experiences led me to deal with complex files of national and international scope.
In addition to my professional activities, I am a founding member of Fair Trade Tax, a non-profit association whose objective is to reform international taxation.

I am delighted to have joined Kanani & Rezki Avocats so that you can benefit from my experience of more than 40 years as a tax lawyer in a reputable local law firm and, before that, with the Geneva Cantonal Tax Administration.
In the course of my career, I have specialised in real estate taxation (restructuring, sales, litigation) as well as gift and inheritance taxation, personal taxation and tax proceedings.
I have had many opportunities to assist international civil servants in litigation relating to their tax-exempt status. I also have extensive experience in the field of tax exemption for charitable institutions and the deduction of donations to them.
