As a qualified lawyer and co-founder of the Kanani Rezki Avocats firm in Geneva, I specialize in Swiss and International corporate tax law. My expertise covers in particular tax issues relating to structuring and restructuring for multinationals, SMEs and start-ups; financial reorganization; to VAT; the implementation of employee plans; and blockchain projects and cryptocurrencies.

I also actively participate in the management of certain associations of which I am a member. I co-managed the Tax Law Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) until 2019 and obtained the “Past President Award” in 2009 for my national report on “Thin capitalization regulations and similar tax limitations on leverage buy-outs”.

Since 2014, I have been acted as Chairman for the European branch of IBSA and assist the association in organizing the various events in the choice of subjects, in the logistics and in the presentation of the chosen subjects.
