I am delighted to have joined Kanani & Rezki Avocats so that you can benefit from my experience of more than 40 years as a tax lawyer in a reputable local law firm and, before that, with the Geneva Cantonal Tax Administration.<\/p>

In the course of my career, I have specialised in real estate taxation (restructuring, sales, litigation) as well as gift and inheritance taxation, personal taxation and tax proceedings.<\/p>

I have had many opportunities to assist international civil servants in litigation relating to their tax-exempt status. I also have extensive experience in the field of tax exemption for charitable institutions and the deduction of donations to them.<\/p>
